By using the Site and the Services, and in particular when you fill out an account, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy and the collection, storage, use, processing and disclosure by Legac-E, Tripple and its services providers of the Personal Information that you enter into the Services. If you don’t agree with this Privacy Policy or the Terms of Service, please do not use the Services.
We give you the power to share as part of our mission to build a universal Digital Legacy Platform for everyone. This policy describes what information we collect and how it is used and shared.

We collect the content and other information you provide when you use our Services, including when you sign up for an account, create or share, and message or communicate with others. This can include information in or about the content you provide, such as the location of a photo or the date a file was created. We also collect information about how you use our Services, such as the types of content you view or engage with or the frequency and duration of your activities.

Our systems will indicate whether you have submitted certain information if it is provided under certain functions of our Services but we do not access this information for the purpose of operating our Services other than storing the information until it is released and shared as per your instructions.

We also collect content and information that other people provide when they use our Services, including information about you, such as when they share a photo of you, send a message to you, or upload, sync or import your contact information.
5. Your networks and connections.
We collect information about the people and groups you are connected to and how you interact with them, such as the people you communicate with the most or the groups you like to share with. We also collect contact information you provide if you upload, sync or import this information (such as an address book) from a device.
6. Device information.
We collect information from or about the computers, phones, or other devices where you install or access our Services, depending on the permissions you’ve granted. We may associate the information we collect from your different devices, which helps us provide consistent Services across your devices. Here are some examples of the device information we collect:
Attributes such as the operating system, hardware version, device settings, file and software names and types, battery and signal strength, and device identifiers.
Device locations, including specific geographic locations, such as through GPS, Bluetooth, or WiFi signals.
Connection information such as the name of your mobile operator or ISP, browser type, language and time zone, mobile phone number and IP address.
Information from websites and apps that use our Services.
We collect information when you visit or use third-party websites and apps that use our Services (like when they offer our Like button or Tripple Log In or use our measurement and advertising services).This includes information about the websites and apps you visit, your use of our Services on those websites and apps, as well as information the developer or publisher of the app or website provides to you or us.
7. Information from third-party partners.
We receive information about you and your activities on and off Tripple from third-party partners, such as information from a partner when we jointly offer services or from an advertiser about your experiences or interactions with them.
We receive information about you from companies that are owned or operated by Legac-E, in accordance with their terms and policies. Learn more about these companies and their privacy policies.

You can manage the content and information you share when you use Tripple through the Settings controls. You can also download information associated with your Tripple account through our digital download access.
We store data for as long as it is necessary to provide products and services to you and others, including those described above. Information associated with your account will be kept until your account is deleted, unless we no longer need the data to provide products and services.
You can delete your account any time. When you delete your account, we delete things you have posted, such as your photos and status updates. If you do not want to delete your account, but want to temporarily stop using Tripple, you may deactivate your account instead. Keep in mind that information that others have shared about you is not part of your account and will not be deleted when you delete your account. Since your digital legacy is of high value to you, prior to deletion we will offer you the ability to download all of your digital content prior to deletion of your account. If you choose to download your content prior to deletion, you will be given that option.
Tripple may share information internally within our family of companies or with third parties for purposes described in this policy. Information collected within the European Economic Area (“EEA”) may, for example, be transferred to countries outside of the EEA for the purposes as described in this policy. We utilize standard contract clauses approved by the European Commission, adopt other means under European Union law, and obtain your consent to legitimize data transfers from the EEA to the United States and other countries.

Dr. Crystal Sadik is a mother, a surgeon and COO of Tripple, the world’s first social legacy application. As a surgeon, she has first-hand knowledge of the needs of people at any age, facing unexpected turns in their lives. Through her work at Tripple she aims to break down the traditional barriers to making a will and encourage people of all ages to begin building their digital legacy. She is a Urologic Surgeon with fellowship training in urinary reconstructive surgery at Duke University and has spent the last decade serving patients in upstate NY. She is a strong advocate for female leadership in medicine and works to support women in her community through her leadership with local charities such as the Junior League.

A seasoned public speaker with awards for service line development, recognition and innovation by multiple nationally recognized institutions.
Dave earned a bachelor’s degree in biology & allied health science from Bloomsburg University and an MBA with a concentration in healthcare administration from Eastern University.
Dave currently works for a Private Equity company and serving as the COO for a Pediatric Behavorial Health chain and in transition to serve as CEO for a newly acquired Chain of Dermatology and Medi spa practices.

Karim W Sadik

Karim W Sadik is a fellowship trained surgeon in three disciplines: General Surgery, Critical Care and Reconstructive Surgery. Karim earned his BA in French Literature and Biology from Duke University, his Medical Degree from the Royal College of Surgeons, and his Masters in Public Health from Harvard University.
He completed his surgical training at the University of Virginia, Indiana University and the Harvard affiliated Massachusetts General Hospital. He served as the administrative Surgical Chief during residency. Karim has won numerous teaching awards, research awards as well as humanitarian awards. He has led research investigating teams and has served as senior author on multiple innovative research projects which were published in the scientific literature. Karim served as Chief of his Division during which productivity and revenues increased by over 900% during his tenure in the span of 24 months. His life-long passion is Digital Legacy innovation.
