Crystal Sadik

MD Co-Founder and COO

Dr. Crystal Sadik  is a mother, a surgeon and COO of Tripple, the world’s first social legacy application.  As a surgeon, she has first-hand knowledge of the needs of people at any age, facing unexpected turns in their lives. Through her work at Tripple she aims to break down the traditional barriers to making a will and encourage people of all ages to begin building their digital legacy.  She is a Urologic Surgeon with fellowship training in urinary reconstructive surgery at Duke University and has spent the last decade serving patients in upstate NY.  She is a strong advocate for female leadership in medicine and works to support women in her community through her leadership with local charities such as the Junior League. 

David Hall

David Hall is a healthcare executive with experience across operational functions within Medicine, Surgery and Behavior Health.  Dave was the co-founder and co-chair for the Regional Telehealth Education Consortium of the Southern Tier of New York and is currently a Board Certified Medical Practice Executive with the MGMA.  A seasoned public speaker with awards for service line development, recognition and innovation by multiple nationally recognized institutions.

Dave earned a bachelor’s degree in biology & allied health science from Bloomsburg University and an MBA with a concentration in healthcare administration from Eastern University.

Dave currently works for a Private Equity company and serving as the COO for a Pediatric Behavorial Health chain and in transition to serve as CEO for a newly acquired Chain of Dermatology and Medi spa practices.

Pamela Mandala

As the Marketing Manager at Tripple, Pamela Mandala is passionate to drive growth by crafting innovative and impactful campaigns while expanding Tripple’s brand presence in the digital legacy industry.

After graduating from the University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Business Administration in marketing with an emphasis in digital marketing and entrepreneurship, she is continuing to deepen her knowledge in developing technologies as she earns her master’s degree in emerging media.

Pamela has worked in marketing and development for multiple startup apps, specializing in digital marketing analytics and social media market strategy.  Having spent years in the field, she has also honed expertise in understanding consumer buyer behavior, market trends and strategies, and brand communications and development, ensuring that Tripple remains at the forefront of the digital legacy industry.

Nauman Kureshy

Nauman Kureshy is an accomplished senior executive with a management background with over 25 years of experience in high-level sales, marketing, and customer service fulfillment within the technology industry, including senior level executive management roles within the Information Technology Division of the Canadian provincial government.

Nauman has a wealth of executive managerial experience with demonstrated success in strong customer relationship management skills, a proven ability in process improvement and implementing best practices in the sales and service industries.

Mo Hamedi

Software Development Expertise: Mo Hamedi has over 20 years of experience in software development and leading technology teams as a CTO and CEO in various countries including Taiwan, China, US and the UAE.

Successful Tech Leadership: Served as CTO for three companies with successful exits, including Game Minion, Sphere Networks, and KuroBase.

Technology Team Development: Led the technology teams of el Grocer, a leading grocery platform in the UAE, and Zbooni, a leading social commerce and fintech platform operating across MENA.

Karim W Sadik

Karim W Sadik is a fellowship trained surgeon in three disciplines: General Surgery, Critical Care and Reconstructive Surgery.  Karim earned his BA in French Literature and Biology from Duke University, his Medical Degree from the Royal College of Surgeons, and his Masters in Public Health from Harvard University.

He completed his surgical training at the University of Virginia, Indiana University and the Harvard affiliated Massachusetts General Hospital.  He served as the administrative Surgical Chief during residency.  Karim has won numerous teaching awards, research awards as well as humanitarian awards.   He has led research investigating teams and has served as senior author on multiple innovative research projects which were published in the scientific literature.   Karim served as Chief of his Division during which productivity and revenues increased by over 900% during his tenure in the span of 24 months. His life-long passion is Digital Legacy innovation.
